Across 20+ years, I have founded businesses, led security operations, worked in executive protection, trained thousands, supported entertainment productions and built systems for teams working under pressure.

When performance breaks down, I ask three questions first: Was the standard trained? Are we measuring what matters? Is the operation organized well enough for leadership to see the problem?

That mindset is why my work tends to move beyond security coverage into training, accountability, process design, technology, compliance and operational improvement.
